“We are all required to be a neighbor to those who suffer, to visit the sick as Jesus teaches us in the Gospel." -Pope Francis
Our Sick & Homebound Ministry ministers to those who find themselves in a hospital or in a nursing home. Our volunteers provides an outreach of the parish community to those unable to join us for the celebration of the Eucharist when homebound, whether they be in the nursing home or hospital. This is a wonderful and rewarding ministry of keeping the faith of Jesus Christ strong with the parishioners who cannot attend Mass due to illness, injury or age.
This important ministry allows all of our parishioners - including those who are unable to attend the Mass - to receive Jesus Christ through Scripture and Holy Communion. This ministry reassures the homebound and the sick that they are valued members of our faith community.
If you or a loved one could benefit from visits, please contact us.
