History. The former Blessed Sacrament Parish was established in 1960 as the Catholic population of Greenfield grew throughout the 20th century. The current building was not completed until 1970 and for ten years the new congregation worshiped in the former Holy Trinity School auditorium. In 2022, Blessed Sacrament Parish merged with Holy Trinity Parish to establish Blessed Trinity Parish as it is known today.
